Ken, from Roscoe, IL
Once in awhile Dad fixes breakfast on Saturday--omelettes or egg/sausage quesadillas. Found this awhile back in a BE magazine ad and tried them. They couldn't get enough. They are pretty rich to make often and a little messy to prep, but are a very tasty treat!

I have made these cups many times and it is always a BIG hit. It never gets old and is requested often. I also take them to work for everyone on busy days to munch on and it is a GREAT small treat. EASY to make too!!!

i have been making these for about two years now and they are something my family always wants me to have at any party or holiday gathering. my sister cant stand ranch dressing but she is the one who always asks for them. i also have a friend who doesnt like cheese and he gobbles them up. they are a hit because not only do they taste great they are beautiful too. i mix all of the ingredients except for the wrappers in a ziploc bag and put them in the fridge until im ready to bake and after they are done baking i put them in a buffet server (which are decently priced now days) to keep warm.

Cindy, from Massillon, OH
A friend made these for my Mother's 80th birthday celebration last July. The guests couldn't get enough of them and she went through 3 - 4 trays of them. They have a good mix of crunch from the wontons and creaminess of the cheese and ranch dressing. Would highly recommend them!

I made these once for a family party and was tackled by my 15 year old niece. "PLEASE MAKE THESE AGAIN!!". We just had her 16th Birthday party and her friends devoured them. The "OH!! THESE ARE AWESOME!!!" comments were repeated as long as the wontons lasted. There was a scramble at one point to get the last 2. A hit!!

These cups were deliciouso! Will try again with blue cheese. Quick, easy, gone in a minute. We did adjust the time on the second baking down to 5 minutes, which still resulted in edges that were plenty brown.

Best appetizers I've ever come across
Alfred, from Houston, TX
When I came across this recipe about 6 years ago, I thought this would be something different than the traditional apps, (Spinach dip in the bread bowl, shrimp cocktails, etc.), and I was right. I made these for our office Christmas party and everyone thought these were like Chinese dumplings. I told them it was a Bob Evans recipe that I found online. People looked at me dumb founded, saying who is Bob Evans. Well to end this long story short. All the employees that have been working with me for the past 12 years always look at me with Anime' style huge eyes and ask are you making the sausage cups this year? I tell them yes. I do have to say though that regular seasoned pork sausage is a bit too salty. So I tried maple flavored sausage. The contrast between the sweetness and and savoriness of the ranch and the rest of the seasonings in the sausage made this recipe a home run every year I have made them. Thank you Bob Evans.
My family loves these sausage cups.
Allison, from Baltimore, MD
My family loves these sausage cups. I love that they are soo easy & inexpensive. I made them last Christmas for brunch & the family requested them again this year. I also like that you make change the ingredients & make pizza cups, chessesteak cups etc.
